Kylin stood up hesitantly. "Alright Yessica, if you need anything, anything at all, just press the bell button there."

Yesseca nodded. "Also, please tell my sister not to come this afternoon. I need to get my rest. By the way, please come and see me later tonight, there's something I need to tell all of you." After he left, Yesseca took out a yellowing photo from under her pillow.

It was a photo of Lothar.

After staying in the hospital for the past few weeks, she had asked Preslie to bring her picture of Lothar to her.

Yesseca's eyes turned red as she stared at the picture of Lothar.

She touched the photo and said, "Oh brother, is this fate? Is this my destiny?"

Back then she was bedridden, but because Selina paid a lot of money for the surgery to get her better again.

Then, Lothar died for Selina.

Now she had another heart condition and a surgery wasn't enough to fix it now.

She needed a new heart, one that was a match to her body.

This was the same thing Selina went through before.

But she had Lothar, who willingly gave his life for hers.

She didn't have anyone.

She wouldn't want it anyway.

She wouldn't accept a heart from a complete stranger who only did it for money.

Taking someone else's life only to prolong her own wasn't something Yesseca could ever accept.

Yesseca realized that she only had one option left, she had to die.

Truth is, dying wasn't such a big deal to her.

She was already dead inside after she had broken up with Tremaine.

But later, thanks to her business, things got better.

Her business kept growing and growing and she had even gone to the United States to receive an award.

Everyone else around her thought that she had completely gotten over her break up, but only she knew how much pain she was in.

There were countless nights where she lay on her bed awake from pain and misery.

She looked like she had put the past with Tremaine away.

Even if it might free her, she was still reluctant.

She was reluctant to part ways with her career, to leave her hard-working companions behind and everyone who cared about her. But, she had no other choice now.

Yesseca was well aware of how powerful Matthew and Selina were.

Even with all their power and influence, they were unable to find a match in half a month. She was really unlucky.

Outside of her ward, Kylin found Selina and the others. He told them that Yesseca had already found out about her condition.

Selina and others began to worry.

Preslie's face turned pale.

Selina's face did as well. Matthew however managed to stay calm.

He had accepted Yesseca's situation and recovered quickly from the news. He then said, "Well, since Yesseca already knows the truth, we should all go in there and speak to her. We should think of a good way to send her and say our goodbyes to her."
