The doctor said that Yesseca's condition was unique.

Firstly, she couldn't receive a heart from a deceased person, she needed a heart from a healthy, living person.

Second of all, the donor has to be a match for

Yesseca's body, otherwise the operation will not work.

With these two conditions, saving Yesseca's life was nearly impossible.

"Doctor, isn't there another way?" Kyi in asked.

The doctor simply shook his head.

Kyi in's face paled.

Preslie didn't understand anything the doctor said, but based on how Kyi in looked, she could tell it was bad.

"What did the doctor say?" Preslie asked as Kyi in's face reeled from shock and fear.

Kyi in looked at Preslie and hesitated for a moment before telling her everything.

"Slam!"

As soon as Preslie heard the news, she collapsed on the floor.

"This can't be! No way!" Preslie's eyes turned red, "Yesseca can't be dying! She was just getting her life started! This isn't possible!"

"Our lives were going so well! Yesseca had come to the United States to accept an award. Our dreams of become female presidents of our own company is about to come true. Our baking business is about to go public! This can't be happening! I don't believe a word of it!"

The more she spoke, the more enraged she became. Preslie suddenly jumped up and grabbed the doctor's coat. "You're lying to us! Everything you've said was adie! Liar! Yesseca isn't dying!"

Preslie soon snapped out of her rage. She turned around and looked at Kylin.

Kyi in looked incredibly sad with grief but then said, "I've told you this because you are Yesseca's best friend. Instead of breaking down right now, you need to be strong for Yesseca!"

Preslie was stunned to hear this. She then slowly let go of the doctor.

Her eyes suddenly filled with tears as she asked, "This isn't real, right? This is all fake, isn't it?"

Kylin was doing his best to contain himself.

He wished that this wasn't real either.

But his reason confirmed that this was real.

He then said, "Preslie, this is the best hospital in the state. The tests were run with the most advanced medical equipment. It's real."

Preslie went blank as her mind filled with a buzzing sound.

That night, Yesseca, Preslie and Kylin flew back on a plane.

Preslie still didn't believe this was happening.

Even Kylin, who knew that this was impossible to fake, still held on to hoping that this wasn't real.

With that, they all went back home.
