The Alphas’ P**n Star Mate

Chapter 195 – The Alphas’ Porn Star Mate

Chloe POV

The pressure. The endless amounts of pressure pushing in from all around me, like something was about to explode. Like I was about to explode. That was the first thing that I noticed as I was drifting in the abyss. Then it hit me. The scents of spicy musk, bourbon and vanilla.

"You're going to crush her, you giant mutt," an aged, nagging voice reached my ears.

Driana.

"They've gotten a lot clingier since they found out," Jamie laughed.

Even with my eyes closed as I came into consciousness, I could feel the energy in the room. There were many people here, but the suffocating feeling pressing in on me was undeniable. The fur tickling my face and the heavy, deep breaths I would recognize anywhere. "Are they ever going to shift back?" Driana said in exasperation. "She's buried alive in fur. And those overgrown pups won't let anyone get close."

"Their father was the same way when I was with child," Luna Gail said in a far more upbeat tone. "Remember honey? Your wolf would come out every night to lay his head on my belly."

"I remember," Alpha Dario chuckled.

"As sweet as that is, I need to check on my niece," Driana grumbled. "Move!"

I heard a slapping sound, then my belly vibrated as a rumbling growl traveled through one of my mates. Ivar by the sound of him.

My mates were in wolf form, lying on me. That was the pressure I felt smothering me.

My pounding head started to clear more, and that was when Cortina let her presence known.

"Welcome back, sleeping beauty," she laughed. "You've missed all the fun."

"Fun?"

"Fun," she gushed. "Oh, so much fun."

I didn't understand what 'fun' she was referring to. Being suffocated and squished in my sleep by my mate's wolves?

"How long have I been asleep?" My bladder being crushed under the giant head of a wolf was telling me it's been a while.

"Three days," Cortina said. "You're late to the party."

"How long have you been up?!"

She was silent, but it was a deep, content and prideful type of silence. She felt smug in her own way. I felt her happiness swelling in the space of our shared mind.

"Ivar and Rome pulled me out of it yesterday."

Yesterday, while I was out of it for three days. I don't even know what happened or how I got here. Were Mick and Miles, or better yet, Rome and Ivar like this because of my magic wiping me out again?

The events leading up to my passing out came back to me. Being taken by Cindy to that underground bunker where Cameron and Mr. Smith were waiting. Then the visions of the past, all the lives I lived before this one, a part of me but somehow disconnected by the passing of time. Then defeating Mr. Smith. Asmodeus. The demon snake that I saved centuries ago. His obsession stemmed from my kindness. Maybe that's why I'm just a bitch now. Because when I'm too nice, bad shit happens.

What happened after I killed that snake bastard? What happened to Cameron? Who found me? My mates?

"They haven't left our side at all," Cortina boasted, reveling in the tingles bursting all over my limp body. "They're going to be such good daddies."

"Daddies?"

The conversation I first overheard as I was waking up replayed in my mind. Suddenly, my eyes snapped open, realization dawning on me.

No way. There was no way....

"Chloe?" Gail called from somewhere over the mountain of fluff blocking my view.

"Is she awake?" Jamie asked urgently. "Shit timing. Rodger just left to take care of that."

I squirmed and tried to get away from all the fur, but the more I moved, the more fluff made its way into my face. Someone's dark gray tail was wagging excitedly right in my eyes.

"I can't move," I groaned. "I can't see, damn it."

Ivar's tail was suddenly replaced with his face as he started to frantically lick my cheeks. Then Rome appeared and slobbered all over the other half of my face.

"Baby. Oh, baby," Miles said roughly in the mind link. "Fuck, you scared me."

"You scared the shit out of both of us," Mick growled as their wolves kept assaulting me with their tongues.

"You're both suffocating me," I thrashed, trying to breathe fresh air instead of wolf spit and fur.

"Get used to it," Mick said gruffly. "We're suffocating you the rest of your fucking life, you pain in the ass."

"What the hell?!" I pushed their wolves' faces away as the feeling returned to my arms. "Enough! Get off!"

"Get off her, you two pests," Nonna came in with a rolling pin in her hand and started hitting my mates' heads with no reservations. "Shift back, you brainless twits."

The little woman had no fear of my overgrown, territorial mates snarling at her attack. Their bodies began to shake, and then my two human mates came forth, shedding their wolves' forms.

"Watch where you swing that thing!" Mick covered me with his naked body, shielding me from his grandma.

"What if you accidentally hit her?!" Miles sat between their grandma and me on the edge of the bed with his arms spread out.

Nonna scoffed, then swung the rolling pin at Miles and Mick again, hitting Miles on the head and Mick on the ass.

"You're smothering her, and you're worried about me?! You're forty years too early to be running your mouths about my aim."

"Tell 'em, Nonna," Jamie smirked from where he was leaning against the wall.

I looked around the room from over Mick's shoulders. Luna Gail and Alpha Dario were close by, watching with their arms around one another and proud expressions on their faces. Jamie was there, along with Beta Dez and Emily. Driana was nearest to the bed, a sour look on her face like she was irritated past her limits.

I thought the others would be here too. I thought Rodger, my dad, would be close by. Where was everyone else?

"What happened?" I asked, trying to sit up, then giving up when Mick refused to move. "How did I get here?"

Miles and Mick both let out growls of irritation.

"They saved you," Jamie was the one to speak up. "Your asshole ex-mate took you in that bunker clearing, but they killed him to save you."

Miles and Mick then relayed everything that happened after I killed Mr. Smith. They killed Cameron. Rome killed Cameron. My heart ached for Mick's wolf, knowing that must have been hard.

It felt like there was something else they weren't telling me, but before I could ask what, someone interrupted the recollection.

"She's awake?" Darren poked his head in the door. "Welcome back, Luna. I got to tell Taylor. She's been worried."

"Where is Taylor? Where's everyone else?" I asked nobody in particular, still glancing around the room. Even Lenny was missing. He was always by my side babysitting.

Darren exchanged a look with Miles, then plastered on a smile. "Well, Taylor's been feeling the early stages of her pregnancy. She's in bed dealing with morning sickness."

"Taylor's pregnant?!" How much happened while I was asleep?

"Parasites must be swimming in the water here," Driana muttered.

I bit down nervously on my lip, pushing against Mick, so I could breathe and think without tingles and sparks clouding my already hazy mind.

I met Driana's eyes, and she nodded, confirming it without me even having to ask.

"That's right, kid. You're infected too."

"You act like she's got some disease," Beta Dez frowned. "She's pregnant. Not terminally ill."

"It is terminal," Emily hid her smile behind her fingers.

I was in shock. To hear it verified by Driana and joked about by the others made it more real.

Looking at Mick, and then at Miles, I let my apprehension show.

"I'm pregnant?"

Mick's hand moved to my belly as Miles held my gaze, so much emotion swimming in his usually sharp eyes.

"You're pregnant, baby. The doctors verified it when we got back."

Mick's hand moved to cup my cheek. "It's a shock, cara mia. Finding out right when you wake up."

I'm really pregnant. I'm going to have a pup.

Glancing down at my abdomen, it didn't seem real.

"Are you okay, baby?" Miles rested his hand on my stomach where I was staring.

Was I okay? I wasn't sure. The thought of having pups used to make me sick. It scared me to my core.

The fear I was feeling now was nothing like the fear I felt back then. It was new and so much deeper. "I'm going to be a mom?" I whispered roughly. "I... I don't know how to be a mom." "Cara," Mick grabbed my face and forced me to look at him. "You're going to be an amazing mom." "The best mom," Miles moved closer, grabbing my hands. "We're going to be there for you the whole way."

"Unbearably so," Mick mumbled.

As my mates comforted me, overwhelming me with their scents and the tingles from their touches, a new wave of emotions came over me. I dreaded this before because I wasn't with the right person, but now I had two amazing mates that would do anything for me. Not just me, but I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that they wouldn't let me fail. They were going to love this child, not because they were their heir, but because they loved me. This child was going to be a product of their love. Our love.

My bottom lip began to tremble as my fear dissipated into pure happiness. Tears started to burn behind my eyes.

"We're going to have a baby," I whispered roughly.

"Babies," Miles smiled tenderly.

My eyebrows raised to my hairline. "Babies?"

Cortina was chuckling proudly, her smugness making me want to kick her. Rome and Ivar were there with her, carrying the same level of pride.

"You're double infected," Driana scoffed. "Little freeloaders are nesting in your womb for the next eighteen weeks."

"I wish you would quit referring to my grandchildren as infections," Luna Gail sighed. "Their little blessings."

"The next heirs to this pack," Alpha Dario agreed.

"I said what I said," Driana lifted her chin, feeling for her cigars in her pocket. Then she groaned, as if she just remembered she couldn't smoke in here.

That's what was wrong with her. She's cranky and can't light up. I bet Miles and Mick gave her explicit instructions not to smoke around me. If not, Rodger did. Rodger....

"Wh-where's Rodger?" I asked as Mick wiped the tears from my eyes.

Mick and Miles exchanged a look, and then the room grew awkward.

"What? Where is he?"

Jamie pushed himself off the wall, "He's taking care of something, but I guess I'll go get him. He should be almost done."

He and Darren had somber faces.

Then something else just dawned on me. Something that I should have asked about first.

"What happened to Cindy?"
