Roar of the Supreme Warrior

Chapter 4054

Dahlia had been out for three days acquiring information about her people's whereabouts. She was discouraged to find out that they were held captive by their enemies. In these circumstances, she knew was nigh impossible to rescue Karglain, Bruce, and the others. She fell silent, but sadness clouded her fair features.

James looked at her misty eyes, shook his head, and reassured her, "Don't worry. I'm going to help and will try my best to save them."

From Dahlia's sorrowful expression, James could tell how much suffering the humans had endured all this time. Dahlia looked at James earnestly, he was her only hope now.

"You should rest first. I'll head out for a walk."

After James finished speaking, he got up and strode out of the courtyard house. He proceeded to head to the lively city streets. The Hopeless City was thriving and full of life. Many Soul Race families inhabited the spiritual mountains around the city. Aside from them were also other races who had chosen to move there. Usually, most powerhouses remained within the vicinity of their respective spiritual mountains and would only stroll around the city when they had free time.

James headed in the direction of where Mount Carslegh was located and eventually reached the gates of the mountain.

Mount Carslegh was the cornerstone of Hopeless City and was where the base camp of the City Lord, Hutchin, was located. Several Quasi Acmeans lived in the city alongside some other powerhouses at the peak of the Macrocosm Ancestral God Rank. On Mount Carslegh, besides Hutchin, there was another powerhouse named Waspen.

Despite Mount Carsleigh only having two powerhouses situated there, if something were to happen, it would only take a short moment for all the powerhouses in the Hopeless City to rush their support.

James stood outside Mount Carslegh and looked at the guards patrolling outside. This was a troublesome turn of events for him. The only thing he could think of is to slip into Mount Carslegh and try to approach the dungeon. Next, he would have to gain Waspen's trust somehow and secretly sneak everyone out of the dungeon.

As long as James could free them, he was confident he could get them out of the city safely.

James wandered outside Mount Carslegh. After deciding on the rough details of his plan, he returned to the courtyard house.

"How did it go?" Dahlia anxiously questioned him after he returned.

James sat down and said, "I have an idea."

"What is it?" Dahlia looked at him.

James shared his thoughts and his plan so far.

"This is our only option, and I'll need your help to execute it. I need you to use your intelligence networks to find out who Waspen's close contact's are. See if you can lure any one of them out of the city. We'll need to trap them somehow Then, I'disguise myself as his.

Weed solemnly, "Isn't this et

James shrugged. "This is the only way I

After speaking, James left and returned to his own room. Although hesitant, Dahlia quickly left to investigate.

It did not take long before she returned.

"I found something, James!"

James looked at her and urged her to speak, "Good. Go on."

Dahlia said, "Waspen is a powerful Official in Mount Carslegh and has many disciples. His most trusted disciple is Balchae Kairis." Dahlia shared her findings.
