Chapter 83 Buy a Lot of Presents
"It's no difference. If you feel bad about not paying the meal, how about buying some bags with me tomorrow before you leave?" "OK!"
Drake watched them leave with his eyebrows furrowed. He knew clearly that they were not a couple, but he never saw that Sophia acted like a spoiled kid to him before. What exactly was their relationship?
Cecelia walked to Drake and said, "Drake, She has boyfriend. Why do you still care about her?"
Drake's scary eyes suddenly fell on her.
Cecelia was taken back suddenly.
Did she say or do something wrong?
"What you've done to her... I just let it go because of Flynn. But, Cecelia, I hope such things will never happen again. It's the final warning."
It seemed that Drake didn't want to stay here. Then he turned and left.
Cecelia felt so jealous that she couldn't help but clench her teeth. She wondered why he couldn't love her even if she had done her utmost to fawn on him.
It was all Sophia's fault!
She would gave her hell!
Standing outside the restaurant, Sophia beamed at Travis, "Travis, Helena and Chloe are on your way. Escort them back. I go with Bard then." "OK!"
Sophia winked at Chloe who knew it tacitly and winked back at her.
Bard asked Sophia when they were at home, "Sophia, do you think Travis and Helena will be in a relationship? If he does like Helena, they have been a couple now even without our help." "He has no girlfriend now, does he? Just have a try! What if he falls in love with Helena one day?"
"Hmm... Indeed. It's time for him to get married. Helena is the best choice. Both her background and her look."
The business marriage between the Warburg family and the Lawson family would made the dominance of the four Pinkerton families more entrenched. "And you!" Sophia patted Brad.
"What?" Bard looked at her in confusion.
"It's also time for you! You are not a young boy. Don't lose your time."
Jesus! Sophia was so mean!
Then they went to their own rooms and take a rest.
In the next day, Travis came back and said that he would go shopping with Sophia, for buying some bags or anything else.
"Hurray, I can't promise today's shopping won't hurt your wallet."
"Really? Then try your best," said Travis.
Bard came close and said, "Travis, I also want gifts."
Travis just gave him a cold shoulder.
And Bard shrank his neck and acted if he had said nothing.
What a poor little brother!
On the weekend, the three of them were free from work and went to shopping mall together.
This mall was well-known in Sealand which served for the rich. Every commodity here was worth at least 100, 000 dollars which could buy a house in the outskirts. Sophia walked in the shop she loved most. Behind her, there were two super handsome men who attracted lots of attention.
Many passers-by guessed, "What's relationship between the men and the lady?"
"One of them should be her boyfriends!"
"Maybe both of them are chasing after her!"
"I think they are family. They look similar on the outside."
Usually, the brand owners just sent her bags for selection in Pinkerton.
But in Sealand, she didn't ask them to do it for the sake of being low key.
Moreover, women always loved shopping. It was their nature.
Sophia walked inside and saw the bags which were newly on the shelve. She liked them so much and said, "I like them. Pick them up."
Bard knew she was shopaholic and treated it normal. After all, he didn't pay for it.
"I'm gonna buy this," a voice said.
There came in two women just then; one was Aria, the other was Cecelia.
Sophia glanced at them and said, "I select it first. You wanna grab it from me?"
Aria said scornfully, "But you haven't paid it."
"Well, you're right," said Sophia.
Sophia's reaction made Aria worried because she didn't seem to be kind like this.
And the reason why Aria had to fight with Sophia was that Cecelia told Aria how badly Sophia treated Drake and her.
But now...
"Well, leave them here. I won't take them," said Sophia.
As the salesperson heard this, she looked awkward and said hurriedly, "Miss, there's another one in storage. If you want it, I will take it for you." "The same with her? No way!" said Sophia.
The salesperson knew the rich people like them wouldn't like to take the same bags.
Therefore, she had to persuaded Aria, "Ms. Riley. How about choosing another bag? I think they also suit you."
Aria looked sullen and said, "What do you mean? This bag doesn't suit me, huh?"
"Sorry I got you mixed up in this. I mean there are others more suitable for you..."
While the salesperson was flustered, Sophia just said, "That's OK. It's so disgusting to see her. I'll leave then."
Aria shouted as soon as Sophia walked out, "Sophia, what do you mean!"
Sophia wanted to ignore it, but Aria stood in her way, "Make it clear! Or stay here!"
Didn't she notice her brothers behind?
Travis and Bard walked towards her without saying a word. But they were menacing enough.
Sophia tossed a glance at her, "Any other words?"
"Sophia, you bitch. What you have is merely a beautiful face..."
Before she had her words done, Travis demanded, "Call the guard to turn her out."
The salesperson looked embarrassed.
"Don't worry. If the Riley family blames it on you, tell them it was me."
The salesperson had to do so.
As the guards arrive here, they turned Aria and Cecelia away directly.
Aria was thoroughly disgraceful, but she still roared, "You whore! Let go of me!"
