She had always dreamt that the man she loved would take her to Balinon to visit the Afrita Tower.

Tremaine hesitated for a moment, then agreed.

He still had time. He could accompany Rorita to Balinon.

He was indebted to Rorita after all.

They flew to France that same day.

It was very late at night when they arrived at Balinon. Tremaine took Rorita to the most luxurious hotel in Balinon and reserved two rooms. Rorita felt bitter about this.

The spacious room felt empty.

Rorita wanted to step outside to walk around, but then she heard two tourists from Glevania talking to each other.

"I just saw a man and a woman check into this hotel! Guess what? They booked separate rooms!"

"Are you kidding? Is there something wrong with that man? He booked two separate rooms even though he has a beautiful woman with him!"

"That man is incredibly handsome. What a pity. There must be something wrong with him."

"There's nothing wrong with him," Rorita suddenly said out loud.

The two tourists from Glevania turned around and were shocked to see Rorita looking at them. They both looked ashamed.

Rorita said softly, "It's because he's a real gentleman."

The bitterness in her heart melted away.

She had been so silly to think that earlier.

They were divorced, of course they had separate rooms.

The president did the right thing.

It was also because he was a gentleman. He was honest and aboveboard. Truly a man among men. That's why she loved him so much! Soon, it was the next day.

Tremaine accompanied Rorita to the Afrita Tower in Balinon.

Rorita stared at the steel tower for some time then said softly, "Sir, this isn't my first time in Balinon, but it is my first time seeing the Afrita Tower. It's because of a childhood dream of mine, where my beloved would take me to Balinon to show it to me. That's why I made it a point to never see it whenever was here. I wanted to wait for my beloved to me here."

She continued staring at the tower in silence.

Without waiting for his answer, Rorita went to ask a passerby to help take a picture of her and Tremaine.

The passerby agreed.

Tremaine hesitated for a moment, but then stood next to Rorita.

She leaned her head on his shoulder.

Tremaine's body stiffened and pushed her away.

Rorita pleaded, "Please sir, it's just a photo."

"Let's just take it like this," Tremaine said while avoiding her gaze.

Rorita didn't make any more requests. She simply stood next to him.
