After dinner, as soon as Maggie returned home, she received a call from Johnny.

He sighed and patted her head.

Johnny didn't respond, but from the tone, it seemed like she was no longer bothered.

Harry and Levi seemed surprised to see them.

Maggie didn't intend to think too much about it, but she knew that the person Franklin was referring to was Julia. In other words, they would start the official test after Julia finished her meeting. Johnny evidently realized the same thing and gritted his teeth, nearly swearing.

Franklin and Julia soon came downstairs together.

They were accompanied by Sophia.

Sophia wasn't surprised to see Maggie because Julia had informed her in advance.

When she saw Maggie, who was clearly Franklin's wife, but was only allowed to wait for Julia to come down like a subordinate, Sophia's eyes gleamed with a hint of mockery and smugness. Meanwhile, Kim asked Johnny and Maggie, "Mr. Gray, Miss Miller, would you like to try?"

They were more familiar with the car's condition than many of Wilson Tech's staff.

Originally, they might have been interested in trying, but after what happened, what was the point?

Johnny snorted, "No thanks."

Maggie smiled slightly and whispered to him about the car's engine performance, "Are you sure you don't want to try?" Johnny shot her a look before asking, "How do you know?"
