Love Comes To Me

Chapter 791: I still have a good market

Feeling the man's arms, she clung to Rowson's chest, the thin gown on her body, which at the moment was hardly covering her body.

Head lowered to press his lips, Rowson stepped back, the back of his head knocking against the wooden head of the bed.

A moment of pain brought him a moment of clarity, and he looked at the woman in front of him with some bewilderment, realising it wasn't Eloise and immediately changing his face. "Who are you?"

"I ..." Adeline had a moment of speechlessness, not knowing how to answer his question.

"How did you get in?"

Rowson came to his senses and rolled over with a tight squeeze of Adeline's jaw.

"Who gave you the room card?"

Adeline didn't expect him to wake up and froze for a moment laughing, "Mr Rowson, we were engaged... I'm your fiancée."

The next moment, however, felt a sudden pain in her throat as the man before her ruthlessly strangled her neck.

"Who sent you to my bed? Say!"

Rowson choked her so hard that Adeline was breathing hard and her face was suffocating red.

"Ahem... Mr Rowson, listen to me......"

Instead, Rowson flung her straight towards the bed and viciously said, "Whoever sent you, get the hell out of here!"

Head slamming into the wall, Adeline's eyes widened with breathlessness.

The moment Rowson let go, he rolled out of bed breathing heavily, pulled up his clothes to cover his bare skin in horror and ran out of the room with tears in his eyes. North District.

Eloise and Hector have been back for a few days now and the trip has meant a lot to her.

Looking at the two children playing in the toy room, I thought that it had been some time since I had returned and that it was time to go back to France.

Late in the evening, Eloise had been thinking about it.

So much so that she stayed in the bathroom for so long that she didn't react until Hector came over and tapped on the door to remind her.

As she wipes her hair and walks slowly towards Hector, she speaks hesitantly.

"Hector I want to talk to you about something, I don't think we've been back for quite a while?"

"Want to go back to France?"

Hector put down the tablet in his hand and his narrow eyes looked up at her.

Eloise's eyelashes fluttered and her hand slowed to wipe her hair, unsure of what he meant, hesitant to say anything.

"Come here."

Hector suddenly waved at her.

Looking at the large, bony hands, Eloise slowly walked over to them.

Hector took the hair dryer out from under the dressing table to blow her hair, "It's easy to get sick when you sleep with wet hair."

Hector held up a hairdryer and dried extremely patiently.

It felt like a massage as he smoothed his hair and Eloise drifted off to sleep without realising it.

The next day, after breakfast, Hector looked at Hector's parents and said seriously, "Dad, Mum, we're getting ready to go back to France, it should only be a couple of days."

"Why so sudden? Stay a few more days."

Hector's mother was still in the midst of the family reunion and had no idea they were leaving so soon.

Hector's mother looked at the two spooky kids and asked, "Do Solomon and Sweety like Grandma's house?"

The two brats spoke in unison, "Like it."

At this time Rupert came out of the kitchen with Aisly in tow, heard the conversation and followed, "Brother, sister-in-law, Aisly and I have set a date for our license, the day after tomorrow, why don't you stay a few more days?" Eloise couldn't help but be surprised at how quickly things were set.

It's a big deal for the two to get their license anyhow, so they can't really leave first.

After deciding to stay, Hector's mother started to organise a small party, not to be outdone by Aisly.

It was almost time for the day and the Rogers family was beautifully decorated.

White tables were placed in rows on the lawn of the villa, and on the other side of the garden, specially invited musicians were ready.

A relaxing music played and Hector's mother walked out into the middle of the garden wearing the Rogers family's exclusive designer's delight as the crowd slowly gathered around.

Hector's mother raised her glass and said in a loud voice, "First of all, thank you all for coming to this party, and I have asked you all to come for a small gathering today to announce some good news here."

After a slight pause, he continued, "First, my eldest son returned with his daughter-in-law and grandchildren, and we were reunited as a family.

Secondly, my second daughter-in-law is also pregnant, so please come and be a witness today and the wedding will take place in the near future."

The words were followed by a round of applause from below.

Amidst the applause, Eloise heard a few disappointed voices.

"How come all of them have their owners? I thought this Hector would have a chance to come back to me, but I didn't know that he was bringing his wife!"

A cute girl in a pink dress also spoke with a disappointed face, "RupertRupert is getting married too, why is my life so hard..."

Eloise smiled darkly, the corners of her mouth unconsciously lifting.

Without realising it, she looked up and locked eyes with Hector, who looked down and whispered in her ear.

"See, I still have a good quote."

Eloise sniffed and gave him a blank look of disgust, saying, "Then you could have gone to them, why mess with me?"

With that, he left and Hector was busy following him to explain.

I didn't expect the few girls next to me to freak out even more.

"Oh my God, they're so sweet!"

"Alas, I wonder in what life people have been blessed."

Eloise was listening with interest to the girls around her, not noticing a light hitting her.

Hector's mother introduced them, "This is my eldest son and daughter-in-law."

Standing in the spotlight for the first time on such an occasion, Eloise was a little overwhelmed.

Eloise snapped back to her senses and greeted the people around her as Ken Feng next to her gave her a gentle reminder around the waist.

At once another heartbreak was heard, and several girls, seeing Solomon held beside her, gathered around her, all exclaiming.

"Oh my, these two little dolls are so cute."

At this time, the two little ones were also very polite and greeted those present.

It was Sweety's first time attending such a family gathering, but there was no sign of stage fright at all, smiling decently at those who gathered around.

The guests were all gathered in small groups chatting and Eloise, not knowing anyone, just felt a little awkward.

After staying for a while, she came behind Hector, tugged on the corner of his shirt and said quietly, "I'm going for a walk around the artificial lake at the back."

Hector got up immediately, "Are you bored? I'll keep you company."

People around him chimed in, "I didn't think the reigning Mr Hector would have such a side."

Eloise was a little shy and hastily stopped him saying, "It's okay, I'll just go for a walk by myself to take the edge off."

Having said that, and not waiting for Hector to say anything else, he simply left.

As the evening breeze gently blew over the water, Eloise looked at the rippling man-made lake and grabbed some fish food and sprinkled it on the side, which soon swam out of the water.
